The most interesting point of this post is that every time I hear or read about someone getting ripped off in real estate, there is always this long drawn out belief in all the lies that eventually everything will be made whole.

I just got kicked off of facebook not sure why i never post there I only check in to see what my grandkids are up to etc.. some of my clients though  they really hammer facebook so they dont come on BP anymore I think in my mind they probably find it easier to find clients on facebook than BP  since they can just share their projects without worry of getting banned for self promotion etc..

Ross Hamilton knows full well the kind of people that promote their garbage on his site.

Everyone posts their beliefs and sometimes they do not end up being true.  

The ramifications are serious, especially when we consider the crowd in the "subto community" and how it's being promoted there.

I am assuming you would be promoting your business in the lobby.

John Beck was a guru back in the early 70s who did a lot of small time (self promoted ) stuff with tax liens/deeds, particularly in California.
