Will these deals really be as prevalent once the markets level off (which we've begun to see), or can we expect to see these markets sustaining decent to great wholesale deals?

The answer to that questions makes a big difference as different brokers are more prevalent in different areas.  

This type is fairly prevalent on BP.

In Rochester shorts are down in volume but still prevalent and there are a lot of foreclosures on the steps.  

How do you target mobile homes or do you just mail out to areas where they're prevalent?

Foundation issues are a lot more prevalent in our area - especially if it's a stone foundation.

Its a big business and has infected all of social media including Facebook,  Linkdin  and BP  and of course connected Investors they really are prevalent on that site.Google Lendinghome  they have a nice matrix on how they lend money and the pricing structure  this would be a template for reality on pricing and experience.  

And not a single location in California made that list, despite the prevalence of technology companies there!
