I just wrapped up my first fix n flip property and received some praise from neighbors which made me think about using that momentum for other opportunities in the neighborhood.

I understand that there are many people here who praise this and hail that wholesaler as a god in the business doing what he should be doing. 

Seems like there is some high praise for it in general.  

Jay PS Since this post I have received 3 calls from the mailer that dropped on Wednesday, 2 asked to be removed from my list, the other asked me to call him on September 15th, Praise be to God! 

General praises for how they do business?

The reason I decided to take it is cause I have received feedback from a number of local (to me) investors praising this real estate school.

I'd rather see them take care of people than give lots of praise or promises. 

There can never be enough thanks and praise handed out in this world.

my life is really all the motivation I need :) remembering that I can continue my work from a street cafe', a public park, an airport terminal or my living room, that my wife is my business partner, that we can both take any time we wan to have a date, some time off, a three week holiday etc - and that the strictest schedule in our lives is our son's school hours - plus the fact that we're both (almost) always there before he goes and when he comes back - that's what keeps me going at all times (as well as the more professional aspects of taking pride in my work, receiving praise and recognition from my peers, being able to help others achieve their dreams, the thrill of the challenges and overcoming them, etc etc)

Praise in public...............criticize in private.
