Flying in monthly helps, but having a local contact (realtor, manager, or trusted partner) is key for regular updates.Use tools like progress photos, video calls, or project management apps to stay connected, and schedule visits at critical stages of the project.

As the popularity grows and people become more nomadic, I think we're going to see more and more of this.

Hey @Phillip Austin, With the popularity of house hacking in Denver, especially rent by the room, I think you'd be doing yourself a favor by offering rent by the room property management.

If you are a wine drinker like me it's been great - I remember how bad all cheap wine used to be - but I can see a big difference in the popularity from 20 years ago.  2 buck chuck !!! 

The walkthrough videos are very helpful. 

Rooming houses dwindled in numbers, and zoning regulations took out the rest.Now apartments in popular suburbs are as expensive as in center cities, and for people of even moderate means their own apartment or house may not be realistic financially.
