If you have an integrated account and receive the inquiry from VRBO, but then book the guest off platform they double their commission rate to 10%. 

I don't have airdna, but i did come across one that similar tool that showed these stats for free, and even showed some of the houses people were trying to sell exclusively on these platforms.

I would also recommend getting on the VRBO platform immediately.

You could also consider some of the RealtyShare, etc. platforms. 

I think off-platform marketing is more important here than almost any other market.
