They are reasonably priced and have been very quick to help in a pinch!

I have not yet built up the nest egg required to buy houses cash, which is my goal, so pinching pennies where I can until that day arrives.  

My significant other & I like to travel, & our travel expenditures can pinch a budget and some extra cash, whether once in a while on a flip or every month from rental income, would be great, although I really don't want for anything the way things are.  

Do you have any equity in a personal home you can pull out or a 401 K you can use.If not then flipping MHs is a option but you can not finance the sales or you will never increase your cash on hand, you will need to sell outright which is difficult unless you are in a high end MH market.Your best option is to modify your life style, pinch every penny and save for a future investment. 

Your home inspector, while pinching his nose, should say "well... the bones appear solid..."85% LTV for SFRs.

If his income is so high that he can buy a new tesla every 2 years he should just pay cash to get rid of the middle man headache and spend time with his family instead of pinching pennies.  

The unit sleeps 8 comfortably and up to 10 in a pinch.    

I plan on sitting down with a real estate attorney anyways, and I'm really not concerned with pinching pennies during this process since I want everything to be by the books, but figured I would gauge the forum.Thanks in advance

Trying to pinch pennies never turns out well.Have a plumber do the plumbing work then have a handyman clean everything up.
