We would rather perform a Dust Wipe Inspection immediately to identify definitively if there are lead-paint risk/hazards within a unit to avoid redundancies and subjective behaviors.As for funding/grants, I know there are avenues to acquire funds to assist in paying for remediation, however that is not the focus of my organization.
