I have learned a lot from free information available on YouTube, forums, and blogs.

There are always private money lenders there and people who will partner up on a deal.

Best experience is hand on training, and not some workshop making you go back to pay for free information online. 

It's a 3 bed 2 bath on an acre flat plot.  

My concern is doing the cash out refi on my other rental and causing a new and much higher payment on it that I can't just pay off like a loan.
