Chicago Attendees, As we prepare for Cancun next week, I was thinking that it would be fun to organize a little Moon Palace get-together for Chicago-area attendees once we are all down there. 

Those zones tend to be along busy traffic corridors.

Are there any meet ups, or group of investors who currently have meetings or any organized events?

In my experience it helps keep pre-applicants organized and is an actual sight with a google-able name so it doesn't seem as scammy.The background check and credit fee is $30 paid by the prospective tenant but I always tell people applying for my units ahead of time what my credit and background requirements are and that if they pass those qualifications (plus the reference checks) and sign + pay the deposit that I will reimburse them the application fee.

The amount of direct flights has been increasing as there is more and more traffic.  

The operating agreement is more important than the certificate of organization/ state filed equivalent.

.- Last November, while researching the parking industry, I came across a non-profit organization called Veterans in Parking (ViP).

This level of organization ensures that nothing is overlooked.Remember, risk tolerance increases with experience.

.- Low crime, low foot traffic- Access to restaurants, grocery and job (hospital, university, denver tech center, denver downtown)- COC ~5-6%My preferred method to buy is Sub-To, so I would like sellers (and agents) who are ready and willing to consider this.

I'm not a part of that organization, but I'm curious, what would be the goal/the outcome that you'd be looking for by joining?
