I used Hostaway for the last year and the they recently snuck in a 1.8% fee for our direct booking site.

Such exciting news, but I will sadly be departing from this home in the next year or so as I plan to buy another home to move into or an investment property I haven't ironed out all the details yet. 

This site makes me believe that we should use a 1065 however since I am involved in the partnership.  

Get listed on all the OTA’s and a direct booking site, use good management software like HostAway, use dynamic pricing software like pricelabs, use WiFi enabled smart locks like Schlage encode, use an email capture system for guests to login to WiFi like stayfi, use those captured emails to do marketing for your direct booking site, and automate scheduling and payments for cleaners and maintenance.

There are so many veterans who have carved nice paths in real estate investing all over the site and as guests on podcasts that you can learn from as well.

If you are just looking to network I would go the route of meetups locally (you can check above at the toolbar, hoover over forums then to the right you have events and meetups.If you are looking to wholesale and build a list of buyers that fix and flip for deals you may have then I would pull lists from 3rd party sites like Property Radar or propstream.

New news for me. 

With Google, Yelp, Facebook reviews as well as what is on their site and what type of content they are posting on their social media pages....

Sites such as biggerpockets.com have many syndicators that participate in the forums.
