I seriously doubt any of the listings they can give will be ones that are new and haven't already been picked over by other investors.Anyhow I was curious if anyone has tried one of these services that was listed in the newspaper?

hey whats up k, theres a ton of forclusre listing in bridgeport, in the saturday ct post (newspaper). i looked online they have a section for forclosures but none listed tonite maybe the do it satuday like the print edition. http://connpost.kaango.com/feListAds/categoryID/775 , i called on one friday but it was cancelled most have been snacthed up by an investor, also i belong to reality trac and there a ton there also,but not all the one's that are in the paper thats why you have to do both. hope this helps

Does anyone no were I get the public record for pre-foreclosed propertiesIn Phoenix Az...it should come out once a month and be listed in a public news paper.

I usually see the notices in the newspaper, but usually homes show up in them 2 weeks before the auction at most.

I found this website just a few days ago and have been sifting through all the posts and has helped me out a great deal. the plan is to start as whole saling by creating my buyers list while im searching for deals. after my first deal going with an LLC and net working with the people i meet that i call from newspaper and other venue's.

Investors normally use birddogs that are people with occupations that will bring them into contact with vacant properties (i.e. cablemen, utility company employees, newspaper delivery people, etc.).

Some broken joists were just that (turns out the whole neighborhood was built from very knotty native pine, and everyone has the same issue).
