There seems to be some lack of knowledge on the owners' part come to think about it.Do you believe the wholesaler was up front about never intending to close on his behalf and simply profiting from being the middle person?  

Their FMR is the Median Rent for the area, so by definition the FMR is in the middle with 50% higher and 50% lower in that marketplace. 

They have called the police on guests (in the middle of the day, for parking over a sidewalk in the driveway, for noise when guests were playing dominoes by the pool and on and on)…one neighbor yelled obscenities at my guests (in front of children), saying, “We don’t want tourists!” 

Then go check how many BTR & BTS communities had to halt construction in middle to end of 2022.

Of course it has to level off at some point - but the data shows the net migration increases out paces the housing units in both for rent and for sale.

I reiterated they can cancel now and check out tomorrow, or send a different alteration request that was a middle ground for us (roughly 50% refund) - G: alteration is a larger refund and it is possible through Airbnb app.
