Ask me in a couple years and who knows how I'll feel lol.Dealing with that many different people who are renting the property can be exhausting at times, but putting good systems in place really helps alleviate most extra work and stress.

I think most people are caught up in the mentality of I don't want to pay the govnment, when they are really missing out on the bigger picture.

I mentally prepared to pay longterm capital gains tax - as it would hard to find a good deal soon.my hope is yo buy a bigger property after the market corrects .I have more properties, not thinking about to sell as they are providing great cash flow .

Thank Hey Eric,DSCR is a tool like any other loan product and as others have said, it will help you to scale, but you can't live in/house hack the property.Full disclosure; my company does DSCR and hard money for fix and flip exclusively and I'll tell you the same thing I tell all of our clients-exhaust the opportunity to use conventional financing BEFORE you dip your toe in the DSCR world.
