They’re a fairly small outfit and there aren’t that many reviews to go off of.

YOU mean like New western or that other big outfit in Dallas that just locks up MLS and trys to add additional fee on it. ? 

As for furnishings, I've outfitted several of our properties using Wayfair, Overstock and picking up decor and small furnishings at stores like HomeGoods, TJMaxx and Tuesday Morning.

@James Galla Yup my spreadsheet gathers info from Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, and past sales info if available.I don’t know where to find a AVM software without paying and what is referenced earlier.When it comes to finding a realtor to do appraisals this is off market and I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy to put together info on a 12 property package.I have reached out to a couple BPO outfits locally to see what their pricing is.Looks like I have my bases covered, I guess I just have to pull the trigger.

There are also some contractors that are premium type and they will always have higher prices than the smaller (not necessarily worse) outfits.

I know the answer can vary, but what is the typical cost to completely outfit a roughly 6-700 square foot 1 bed apartment to be rented out on Airbnb? 

The market will correct itself, but it may be rough sailing (for a bit) for the big outfits. 

A final word of caution: Be very wary of turnkey outfits, agents, wholesalers, or investors who are claiming a certain percentage of return.
