I'm excited about the potential of owning property outside the states, but don't know some of things I should consider versus owning real estate domestically. 

Curious to know opinions from real estate agents, flippers, developers and anyone in the know regarding what home buyers generally would prefer.

We currently use Hospitable for 12 properties, and it's working fine, no major issues, and I know they've been expanding with new features.

Not sure if you use a PM, but my software tracks the policies and lets me know automatically if there is a lapse in the renters policy, so that we can try and avoid this type of scenario.

@Shawn Questa I agree with you that there could be some opportunity here, but personally, with that little equity in the property, I'd wait for the pre-foreclosure process to start and  perhaps you can do a short sale (though I don't know the details on how that's handled in TX).

You know have a brokerage with 375-400k which will make you a millionaire in a few years I am just wondering what the urge is to dump the brokerage account - are you doing all of the above?

If it's a lender that does not allow me to speak to an underwriter, see guidelines, or speak to an account manager, I will try not to work with them, unless I know the Account Executive is very experienced. 

What does the realtor know? 

I know some that close 6 to 7  a month like that.
