I am co-owner of Triple E Real Estate & Property Management.

My son has been offered a co-op with Southern Company in Eatonton, GA. 

I am in CO and would love to get started with wholesales build some cash and move on to BRRR.

I have experience as a Residential agent in Denver, CO and as a commercial Leasing Associate in Chicago, IL.I am planning to purchase my first rental home here in the next year or so and make it my primary residence.

Also I cant figure out how to get a camera etc on my computer to do pod casts  Scott and I were going to do one this summer I flew to Colorado to do it since I could not set it up at home unfortunately Dave Meyers schedule did not jive when I was at BP world headquarters..

So-- I've built a co-living company, that has just reached 10 properties and $50K a month in revenues.

Consider options like Bank Statement Loans, Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) Loans, and co-signing.
