That rain is someting else.  

or the roof is shot, the furnace is shot, the basement floods when it rains, the electrical hasn't been updated in 50 years, and the driveway is breaking up.it's hard to help without more info.

This could be particularly important in Pittsburgh, because a lot of properties there are built on hillsides (and there's a lot of rain), both of which can cause foundation problems that can cost a small fortune to fix.  

From it raining a lot the night before the property going active which brought to light foundation issues hidden behind the pre-existing finished basement paneling.

Hence, a judgement against you personally will not subject any assets in the retirement account to creditor attachment; further the assets are individually isolated s to liability through the series LLC ownership structure.  

That said, if you have an agent who knows STRs and feel comfortable with their video skills and their judgement, that can work. -- Find an agent that specializes in STRs.

You have the means to build a lucrative real estate portfolio and make wise judgements because of your distinct history and financial situation.

At the very least it puts you in a much better negotiating position with judgement creditors.
