I've been able to get 0% APY balance transfer for 12mo before from Chase and Amex by doing this on a card I already had and I got a 1% balance transfer fee vs the normal 3-5%.

Given the size of the transactions generally offered on crowdfunding sites, there aren’t enough secondary trades large enough to make the economics work systematically (besides the regulatory constraints) for Broker/Dealers to be incentivized to help LPs to redeem their positions via a sale/transfer to a new investor before the end of the investment period.

This means that I don't need to transfer random amounts of money to another account to pay a mortgage because the tenant on that property is late paying this month or other nonsense like that.
