By securing favorable terms upfront, I aim to maximize my ROI when selling within a 3-5 year window.I believe that connecting with like-minded investors is key to continued growth and success in this industry.

I'm still learning the industry,  but I have been able to partner with a CDC based out of texas and they have been a great help and they have allowed me to get involved with getting investors for their project and I'm definitely excited for it.  

Quality over quantity.7.Master Delegation and Automation: PM is a complex industry with many moving parts—marketing, maintenance, leasing, screening, and more.

Because fact is this industry you ARE in is VOLATILE.

Seasoning period is an industry term for the waiting period between your last transaction closing or funding and your next one closing or funding. 

But falling 10/20/30 bond yields don't translate into rising CRE values as down GDP means more store closings, lower NOI, lower office rents/industrial etc, etc.  

You should also be aware to make sure what was provided does or does not meet industry standards.
