@Brant Laird When I first started, one of the best things I did was connect with fellow investors.

Now, I'm stepping into the investor role myself and looking to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals.I'm eager to share insights from my lending experience while also gaining knowledge from seasoned investors.

I would assume that if its for a short term loan, it would likely be better terms with the HELOC but I dont know much about the subject honestly.
