A 1925 build might still be balloon framed, in which case, you may be required (here you would anyway) to fire rate (resilient channel, 5/8" fire-X drywall, non combustible insulation such as rock wool between floors and separating walls) external and load bearing walls in addition to ceilings and dividing walls.

Did not schedule the seasonal HVAC inspection and burned out an A/C unit because of the cotton from the cottonwood trees had plastered the external unit.I easily get sidetracked in spreadsheet dreams and deal analysis trying to justify that a deal 'could work' rather than moving on.Not analyzing enough dealsI could always find a justification for lack of actionInstalling the carpet before painting.Not asking for creative financing.Not building relationships before a deal is available.Not asking for help Not listening to the podcasts

James Bowie “Podio is great, but lots of maintenance/developing. “ Jonathan Ulyatt Pros: “Podio Lite is free up to 5 employee seats, up to 5 external teams”, used by over 400,000 for collaboration, mentioned several times on BP Cons: Need to build projects from scratch, not designed for real estate, CRM that you have to “code” to yourself (according to Lloyd Stanton)“In my experience there aren't a lot of CRM's that do everything.

:(I don't really need A/C but I thinking of using the a wall mounted Ductless ( Mini Split ) Heating / Air Conditioner with an external unit as a replacement.If I get one of these then I would seal the floor furnance.Anyone, have experience with these ?

He said for the extent that his camera could go he could see there was a lot of cast iron debri He suggested that I shouldn’t proceed unless the seller of the property can create access to the stack line (clean out in the bathroom wall) or install a clean out outside for external access rather than having to rip out the toilet each time there’s an issue.
