There is a distinct lack of inventory in the under $150K market (which is about the sweet spot for rentals), so the minute anything comes on HAR, even if it is in poor condition, it gets swarmed by all buyer types (owner occupants, investors, flippers, etc.).

So, I use Personal Capital to track my net worth (at least those parts of my net worth that can be harnessed in the pursuit of financial freedom - doesn't count retirement accounts, my car, or home equity if I owned a home that wasn't an investment property).
