There are at least 3 or 4 people who have courses on it so it is a real thing.It is closer to STR that LTR because they are always furnished and can easily be converted to STR if you have a gap in bookings.

If so, send proper notice to raise rent closer to the fair market.  

I snagged some at the drop and have been dollar-cost-averaging my way in to so that account is closer to 100% returns at the moment.

It could mean closer to traffic, noise and crime which is always worse.

If rent is closer to 1700 or higher then might leave for cheaper rent when economy gets tougher.
