I had to prove that I'd graduated from college, because I had deferred student loans, and students aren't allowed in their properties.I had to have personal references, too.

I’m a 21-year-old college student majoring in physics and economics, I am the president of the Commercial Real Estate Club at my University, and am preparing to enter the investment banking industry after graduation.

Other factors of condition, schools, and rental increases are some of the other factors to consider that will not appear on a spreadsheet.

I’m also working part-time and plan to continue my job after graduation to save up enough capital to start investing in real estate.

Are you still in high school or college and/or do you currently have a job?
