Likely more expensive airfare, higher gas prices, and Disney raising prices are not helping. 

I dont need to see the report , I see the grocery bill , the gas prices , the rent prices ,insurance costs .

I can pull it off even with super high gas prices in PNW.Also, in my experience, "career growth" in the W2 world is slow and agonizing... wouldn't count on it if you're an investor.

, but I hit the gas and bought it.Among the work that needed to be done was a new heating system. 

And new electric heaters and new electric water heaters, mean the gas bill for the central heat and shared water heater goes as well.

And one other thing I've noticed here - the really bad stuff - miswiring in electrical panels, unsafe gas installations, etc - tend to be done by people either doing it themselves or hiring their brother to do it because it costs way more than it should to do it with licensed people pulling permits because of all the BS they have to go through, which means they have to charge more money.

It’s gas heat and water which I know I may have to pay for unless there is a creative way around that as well.Looking for some suggestions
