Is that what you believe the full cost to add the ADU is?

@Damini Dutta I would definitely put some time and effort into finding out more about this company. 

We're looking to gather info about likely cost, pitfalls, time required, considerations when obtaining financing, etc. 

Being that you are a full time nurse with a baby on the way (Congrats by the way) time will not be on your side.

It's in the way of the only full-height headroom there. 

Yearly increasing costs will, in time, eat up any profit they have per unit.

But traveler demographics will overlap most of the time, especially in larger homes.

We’ve got one big player that probably has at least 600 units with their own rental office and full time maintenance crew.

Most of the time, an ADU will cost 100k just for that part and then you have to actually build the cosmetic part for an additional 40-50k.
