I know that is frustrating, but you can't force that horse to drink as the old saying goes.My thought take a look at https://kwnextgen.org/  see if they would have any interest in that...or find some kind of meetup groups that has people their age in it or take them to a conference and see if anything sticks.

my land sits (with my beautiful sign on it), I am paying interest only on the land for now (since March 2024) and I can't get construction financing, and I am growing frustrated each and every passing day.   

Working on it with my business partner and doing the labor on nights and weekends was frustrating.

I also understand the frustration because a lot of existing duplexes are being sold for top dollar while essentially needing full renovations.

This not only adds an unexpected financial burden for frequent battery replacements but also leaves the reliability of these locks in serious doubt.What compounds the frustration is the absence of any low-battery indicators or warning systems.
