There's been an incredible explosion of growth in apartments, condos and retail development all along the Beltline -- true, as someone said above, the first and most developed areas are in the already trendy parts of town (Ponce City Market, anybody??)

With Covid 19 causing the public pools and kiddie parks to be closed this year and an abnormally hot summer we have had an explosion of renters that have purchased pools and trampolines for the kids to play on this summer.   

A traditional rental here is not a bad idea either considering the Explosive Rental market!
