I know her prediction doesn't state today, but for activity to jump in February and then again in May to June that doesn't appear to be in a common volume trend of a "normal" year if that exists anymore!

Perhaps it is hard for people from the states to understand - but the rule of law, and clarity in regulations etc really makes it so much more attractive than other places where you never know what new policies might come into effect forcing you to take massive loses etc.

The foundation was already approved, permitted and finaled years ago for a 3400 sf house, and its solid and I won't be building directly on the overhang edge; but rather back away from the edge a few feet to prevent any load issues all the weight will be on the longer sides of the existing footing.
