Do I subcontract out all the individual skills or try to find a handyman that can accomplish a wider array of items (like outlets, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, LVP flooring, etc.) and then hire subs for specialty items (roof, siding repair, painters, etc.)?

The bigger problem is just that you will likely run out of home owners to call on and/or it won't take too long until your driving for dollars strategy has already exhausted the inventory.

It ALWAYS needed the coils cleaned (I had a Golden Retriever and she loved the sound of the exhaust to sleep by) I learned to get every spec of dust and dog hair away myself but still it didn't last too long.
