However, gotta disagree with you on the selling agent not knowing the offers and amounts.

However I want to challenge a few things:- Cash flow is not valuable until later in life.I disagree.

I'd say the facts are actually in your favor on this one so I'm going to disagree with the others above.

If you have a heated pool it is imperative to have a wifi control on the heater that you can monitor and an excellent pool service company.I do disagree with @Chris Watson about the small drop in fiberglass pools.

Many would say that I got lucky buying most of my properties during the great recession and that this cannot be duplicated, but I disagree on both counts.
