@Stuart Udis I understand the importance of having the funds for repairs, vecancy and any issue that may happen.

Our rep at Lendbase never called to apologize or ask if a prepayment penalty was an issue for us.

It is what is left after snow removal, cutting the grass, utilities, tenant issues, parking lot issues, property taxes, mortgage payment, etc. that make a difference.

Overcrowding can strain plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning, leading to expensive maintenance issues.

One thing to consider on the credit card option is that a lot of contractors don’t accept them so that could be an issue.

I know wholesalers and EM is not a big issue for them its one of their smallest pain points..

The issue why most wives don't like this strategy is because they have to move into an ugly home that will be a construction zone for the near future and they have a hard time looking past that.

@Aaron Raffaelli, I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues qualifying.

Most take near a year in southern Ca, but you hear of exceptions in both directions on that timeline.What some developers are doing here is leveraging the affordability issue and getting permission to build additional ADUs by designating some as affordable or semi affordable units.  

 My concern regarding an ongoing issue with my Stessa account.
