It reminds me so much of the Eastern Block under the Soviet Union where you couldn't control your own private property and everyone operated in fear, knowing their neighbors could report the slightest violation and destroy their life.

With your down payment it would be hard to find many multis in Central or Eastern Ma that would work with that.   

Im looking to see if anyone has any contacts or recommendations for contractors in Eastern Washington, specifically Wenatchee.If there good, there probably busy and have jobs lined up and maybe even turning down jobs.But I thought id start looking by asking here and seeing if anyone has any leads or advice.

Overall, I thought almost property and shopping center was run-down.Growth in a city is not impressing and I notices that our great government relocated maybe a few hundred thousand Middle Eastern people to the Columbus area.

Eastern Wa is said to be better but the only defense is to only tent to people who understand actions and consequences and do not live in Seattle.
