Time for a drink!

Contrary to what some of you men think, a gal in a bar is not obligated to "pay you back" just because you bought her a drink.

Milk and meat and frozen yes, but soft drinks, beer and other fridge items would still be ok.

Now in the summer months, they are up till all hours drinking and swearing in the yard.

.- Recycle: demo, paper towels, drink bottles, ect.- Replace the toilet (old toilets use a lot more water!)

Lucia drinking beer everyday while my money piles up... but I would like to know what more people really do.

Think i'll go drink some hemlock... just kidding, anyway.. in this situation where i'm not in default, and my mortgage doesn't adjust until 2010, do i have any leverage to try a loan mod to get out of the interest only aspect of my loan.. i'm getting the impression that these lenders will only deal if your in some stage of default.

Not to mention, they will leave their cigarette butts, lunch, drinks thrown through out a house.

The left doesn't seem that have that level of mental maturity.Case in point, when I met Bill Clinton in 1996 I found him engaging, witty and in all aspects would be a great member of a golf foursome, a poker or drinking buddy.
