I stopped by a manu housing dealer the other day because they had a GOOD looking modular home on display.

He has shown this kind of behavior before (not at the beginning of course, always so proper) but I've always stick to the facts and highlighted the contract when needed. 

Also it's no fun living next to someone that you sue.2) Another option would be to record an easement allowing the behavior that would expire when either property changed ownership or you changed your mind about allowing it to happen.

It's unbelievable how people justify their own ethical lapses based on someone else's behavior.  

Has anyone gone the route of trying  to get  all permit required before displaying bandit signs?

This is due to sites limiting the display of the listing data.

I'm NOT his parent, I'm not trying to correct his behavior. 

This so called plumber also told me in the past that he turns off his tenants heat/hot water when they don't pay, so I know he's capable of this line of behavior. 

The fall/winter seasons are when more aggressive deals are done as sellers are more serious about getting out, you can set your watch to this behavior every year. 

I contact them, preferably face-to-face, and tell them "bad behavior" is not a protected class and we will not consider them for any of our rentals.
