Here is a question i'm wrestling with and would appreciate any advice on: If you plan to invest in an out-of-state market, should you partner with an investing group based in that market... or would it make more sense to simply find the highest-quality mentoring program, regardless of location?

In the end, it would have made more sense to hire a couple handymen for a week or two than me spending 3 weeks installing flooring, base and case.

The concept makes a lot of sense but paying $700 a month to network is quite the cost/commitment.

You then put it on the wall to sense the paint color, and it sends the color to your phone - adjacent to the manufacturer's color that most closely matches the wall color.

Which may not be good news as it may constitute a disability in a broader sense?
