What is the customer demographic that is driving STR/MTR in Fargo?

Cleaning fees and other line items are revenue; its just a way of parsing out revenue to try to reel in customers. 

Contractors live in fear of this because it sticks on their record forever when a new potential customer looks them up. 

I've watched many webinars and listened to hours of podcasts and it's time to hit the start button.

Are they handling most of the interior design and finish selection, i.e. picking out the white oak flooring and designing the custom built-ins in the study?

You just have to use custom documents. 

The condo includes high-quality granite countertops, custom cabinetry and wood floors.

Our tenants have been insurance burn outs ( their house burnt down insurance is paying the rent) to those building Custom homes that will take 12 to 18 months..
