I do think it would need to be curated and slowly rolled out to different markets to be able to improve upon existing solutions.

If you are learning watching video like Ghomnet on YouTube, playlist your real estate 101 (shameless plug hahaha)  and other you learn if you are approaching blindly it might be better to leave it to a PM.

We’re big fans of the special report :)Another suggestion would be to take advantage of some of the other social networking tools, like YouTube is a great resource where you can make a playlist of what you have options on or what have you.
