Since everyone was always on cruises, most of the time there was only 1 or 2 of them around at any one time, they all drank and people crashed on couches so no one cared unless they had a date, which leads me to3.

But by the second year, you'll be cruising along :). 

In CA first step is to hirer a forester and have them do a cruise. this will determine species age market price and Volume.. then from there you need a harvest permit which the forester can get for you.. depending on where your at those can be straight forward to very complicated.. its like  mini EIR.. like on one job we did there in CA we had to Hoot for Owls.. and check for artifacts.. etc etc. 

It works for us because we like to cruise (when this COVID thing is over) and it's true passive investing. 

People who had trips planned to Europe and cruises are now staying in the US and driving...I expect demand to increase.

I have always planned on eventually moving into real estate investing later in my career, however, due to the recent impact Covid-19 has had on the cruise industry, I have been forced to make this move sooner than I expected.  

So I'm cruising through a neighborhood I'm interested in investing into.
