kept using people who don't do real estate to do my taxes, and also they had horrible communication skills, I don't trust people who only see u as money.

This means there are no checks and balances to ensure all transactions are entered correctly.

For the HVAC, I'd just question if that's the correct and best way to go about it, but I'm not an expert, but certianly you won't get interest listing a unit for rent or sale without HVAC.
