As far as safety , bodies are piling up in NY right now and there's anger towards China creating new virus strains with wild animal markets for food and medicine (and I realize the far east encompasses a lot more than China, but angry broke people don't care)... so I would monitor the situation.

I wasn't quite sure where to post it since it encompasses a few different areas (partnership structure, taxes & accounting, financing, etc.) but will happily repost it elsewhere if needed.

We received 19 offers on this beautiful home and much of those were attributed to keeping a lot of the original charm of the house.

But it looks like the calculator encompasses all the things that you need to account for (purchase price, down payment, interest, insurance, taxes, closing costs and of course rent).

I didn't know much about Hagerstown before I moved here two years ago, but the house captivated me and I may have impulsively bought into its charm.

Remove emotion, I always give that advice to others and then when it comes time for me to follow it I failed.Hopefully, 3rd times the charm.
