To be blunt, I would stay away from any rules like the 50% rule for the basis of decision making...it's like reading tea leaves...unfortunately, the folks on BP push these rules and get everyone freaked...What type of property are you looking at...small multifamily?

Perhaps you should have some tea and cookies and get the blood sugar level up.No one said anything about "how traders make money" That isn't relevant.The comparison is how the average Joe or Joette tries to accumulate enough capital to invest in the market through a 401(k) and how much relative time it takes now compared to 1971 - hardly controversial If you reread the 1st post, it took 250 hours in 1971 to accomplish what now takes 1,077 hours.

I have the Zinia Green Tea mattress from Amazon in most of my rentals, and it's a hit - it's my personal favorite, too, and I have Leesa and Casper mattresses elsewhere.I think it's a good plan to market the cabin as having a discounted rate due to the dated interior - guests will know what to expect and it gives you room to grow.

As originally proposed, the rule would increase the minimum standard EB-5 investment to$1.8 million and the minimum Targeted Employment Area (TEA) investment to $1.35 million.
