Hey Guys, I partnered with my college buddy on a flip, I've been researching and looking to get into it on my own.

I wish I had beaten my buddy to starting the Maui meetup because that's seriously the best way to make sure all of the local investors know who your are. 

Not much concerned about cashflow, just equity and payoff so the home flows almost all profit in another 12+ years.A buddy of mine has an 1200 sqft 3/2 in a decent area with good elem and middle schools and just ok high school.He bought about 10 years ago at 125K. 

AirBNB is higher ROI but low in ROT (Return on Time) as you need to spend lot more time than long term investment.Good Luck Buddy...!!

Just heard about BP from a buddy and soaking up as much information as I can.I’m currently looking into Duplexes, Triplexes, and Fourplexes in the Niagara to Hamilton region in Ontario.This will be my first home and I’m looking to purchase it as a rental property.I’d like to be able to take advantage of the cheaper down payment by occupying a unit.
