And yes, there is plenty of demand for cool, boutique style, well-located multi-unit properties with cool amenities over single family homes.

@Dave Stokley also has a great point, the larger companies that in this case are publicly traded often don't give u the boutique personal touch.  

Hi Anthony, I suggest looking for a boutique firm that might specialize in this.

The bottom floor used to be a boutique yoga studio, but the commercial lease is now up for renewal and it's unclear what will take its place (bar, restaurant, store, etc.)
