Most homes that I have seen which use a less open floor plan tended to be very expensive ones where real entertaining of clients and the like was a consideration, and curiously those people tended to have formal dining areas where you could not see the kitchen sink… this is why we put bonus rooms in our open concept floor plans.

Keep in mind, the new vehicle may be eligible for Bonus Depreciation or Sec 179 depending on % you use it for business/rentals vs. personal use....

I am finding it to be very informative, but the narrator keeps referring to diagrams and work sheets on the "bonus CD"....well, the audio version did not come with a CD.Does anyone out there in BP land have a bonus CD to this book that I could buy for a reasonable amount, plus shipping?

As far as bonus depreciation goes though, is there a need to separate the operations from the property?
