I am unsure as to the foundation of the cottage, but the modular portion appears to have been a poured slab (approx. 5" deep) with concrete block skirting.

The home is about 1 block to the beach...About 300 people, most of which have lived there their entire lives and  are retired, still believe it still is an old PG&E plant that went off line many years back.

Folks vote for no more STRs, they are gone and you are out of luck.If there is a large block of condo's owned by a single entity, like a wealthy family or corporate entity, you are also in the same boat.
