I think for at least one of mine (it's been a long time) it was just a letter that my commander had to sign, basically saying I was in the military, behaving myself, and the Air Force wasn't trying to actively kick me out.

You have to know how to screen tenants well, know the landlord tenant code thoroughly, know how to send proper notices, when you can charge late fees, what to do if a tenant doesn't pay etc.I can't tell you how many owners have come to us over the years who thought they could manage on their own and got all the way to court, only to find they didn't follow proper protocol with notices or the late letter etc and have the case thrown out and have to start again.Also, are you local to do inspections?

Anyone who has to pay for good reviews, deletes any critical comments and blocks those people, and can't answer any real follow-up questions when someone digs into what their word-salad comment is actually supposed to mean (like when he tried to explain how to handle a due on sale clause on here a few months back, and made up a ridiculous answer that we all called him out on because it was wrong, then he stopped commenting), is a little sketchy IMO.
