Today, I saw one of the dogs on the deck. (1) She wouldn't have been approved had we been included in the vetting process, but we don't want to evict her (unless she stops paying rent). (2) I do not like pit bulls and these dogs are pit bulls (not interested in discussing pit bulls or any dog breeds for that matter).What would YOU do in this situation?

-Full kitchen tear out and rebuild $10000-12000-All new flooring $3000-$4000-Paint $1000-A few fixtures $1500-2250-appliances $4000-roofing $6000-8000-Siding (is a maybe depending on how the rest of the neighbor looks) $3500-5000-deck repairs $1000- garage door $800-1500- Bothroom upgrades $3000Depending on the lay out we would be looking at doing master suite with a Bathroom.

Generally speaking if a buyer facing this scenario moves forward with the purchase, he/she would want to be sure that SOMEONE ELSE pays for the damages if forced to remove the house, deck or driveway.

I’ve seen brand new patios slope back towards the house, joist hangers attached with deck screws instead of nails, brand new roofs that leak, etc. there are a ton of hack builders out there creating problems for whoever buys the houses they build that’s why it’s recommended to hire an independent 3rd party home inspector even for new construction.
