I was giving a presentation in LA about maybe 80 folks at the REIA meeting and my opening question is who in the room is a private lender.. about 60 hands shot up in the air.. this is ground zero for finding your borrowers.. you get to meet them forge relationships with them go check out the deal etc etc.

You should take a look at the screen shots I posted if you haven't already - I've put an extra $58K on my mortgage over the last three years doing this and there's no way you could put that amount toward a mutual fund.

If you get into this for a quick buck, to quit your job or pretend to be a big shot you'll probably be very disappointed. 

Based on my experience I would focus on Facebook rather than other social media platforms such as Instagram, but its worth the shot to try an connect people from Instagram. 

They show you a video of the property that I quote "my scout **** shot when he was there just a few weeks ago".In reality, these are outright lies:1.

Very desirable place to live, and there's still demand at the current prices that've shot through the roof since Covid, especially in North Park. 

I have sent them screen shots and videos of the errors I get when using their software to add my bank.
