@Sarah A BanzhofHi Sarah I have a sister that can be somewhat 'difficult' - she had her clothes strewn about for years at my parents house. 

We stopped having our house open to AirBNB at the beginning of Nov 2018, so that we can prepare the baby room and prepare for family that will visit during the holidays.

I'm actually looking for large value ad stuff where the house is a pretty light rehab EXCEPT for major structural or foundation items, because most of those kinds of items now don't scare me away and I can differentiate and compete with less people when finding them.It takes baby steps though, if that makes sense. 

There were clothes and random trash/belongings strung all throughout the house. 

Work clothes, under a sink with plumbers putty and pipe dope on my hands. 

Since owning the home, I fell in love, got married, had a baby boy and my decisions are now affecting others.

When we asked for updated bank statements, updated paystubs, a 2 day old baby chicken, and to source a large deposit, at 7 AM, she sent all the paperwork within 5 minutes and had a courier bring us the 2 day old baby chicken within 30 minutes.

Doctors take advantage of us because we do not have the knowledge of what medicine is make for what, people in china, Shri lanka, Vietnam , and south American are using us because they know we will pay them a higher price than it cost them to make clothes etc, etc.

I went up to look at the property and one of the doors had gunshot holes in it.After I finished inspecting the property I went back down to the street and was immediately approached by several people asking for money and cigarettes, there were plenty of females using Walmart carts as strollers for their babies, and finally when I went back into my car someone came up to me asking what I was doing there, I replied "I'm looking to buy a home here" to which he replied "Really?!
